Shipping, Handling and Customs Policy

This policy outlines the shipping, handling, and customs terms for all orders placed through this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days following payment confirmation.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and courier service capacity.

Most international orders are shipped via FedEx. For customers in China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, alternative regional courier services are available and may be selected based on availability and efficiency.

Upon dispatch:

  • A tracking number will be provided
  • All parcels are securely packed, checked, and photographed to document product condition before release

Aésthic Pharma is not responsible for courier delays caused by customs inspections, weather, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Parcel weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Additional handling charges may apply for:

  • Bulk orders
  • Special packaging requests

3. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Cold packs may be added for temperature-sensitive items where applicable. However:

  • Cold chain integrity cannot be guaranteed due to customs inspections and unpredictable transit times
  • Shipping with cold packs is not recommended to destinations with known customs delays or frequent rejections

Aésthic Pharma is not liable for product quality changes resulting from temperature exposure during international shipping.

4. Customs & Clearance

Import Duties and Taxes
All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or local surcharges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer, as determined by the destination country’s regulations.

These charges are not included at checkout and may be collected by the courier upon delivery.

  • Avoid including restricted items such as needles, which may be removed from the shipment before dispatch
