Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders placed through this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if shipment has not yet been dispatched.
Refunds will be issued minus any applicable bank charges, currency conversion fees, or processing costs incurred during the original payment.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.

2. Return or Exchange Requests

To request a return or exchange, contact within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Requests are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Confirmed manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incompatibility with local import laws or usage restrictions
  • Improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Courier mishandling or customs-related issues

3. Exchange Process

If eligible:

  • The customer must return the affected product
  • Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

Shipping for the return is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is confirmed to be on our side.

4. Refund Process

If eligible:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection
  • Refund processing times may vary between 3 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank or provider
  • Customers are advised to contact their bank or payment platform for processing status

Refunds will not be issued for used, damaged, or unverified claims. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
