2. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Displayed prices exclude shipping fees, duties, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Final charge amounts may differ from the displayed amount if payment is made in a non-USD currency. Charges may vary depending on:

  • Real-time exchange rates
  • Fees applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider

Aésthic Pharma is not responsible for currency conversion discrepancies or additional cross-border transaction fees.

3. Payment Processing

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Installment availability is subject to the buyer’s credit card provider.

Delayed payments, manual transfers without verification, or payment on delivery are not accepted.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided to the customer.

All parcels are inspected, photographed, and documented before dispatch. These images and tracking information will be shared as part of shipment confirmation.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer permitted.

6. Responsibility for Payment Issues

Aésthic Pharma bears no responsibility for:

  • Failed transactions due to bank or gateway issues
  • Delays in refund clearance by banks or platforms
  • Unsuccessful payment verifications caused by inaccurate customer details

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is completed accurately, using valid and supported methods.
