Full payment is required at the time of checkout. Installment availability is subject to the buyer’s credit card provider. Orders will be processed only upon confirmation of successful payment through the available methods. We do not accept delayed payments or offline payment arrangements.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier capacity.
Most international orders are shipped via FedEx. For select countries including China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, customers may choose from regional courier options for greater flexibility and efficiency.
Parcels are inspected and photographed before dispatch. Tracking and condition details will be provided upon shipment. Aésthic Pharma is not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Customs, Duties and Import Responsibility
Buyers are fully responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.
Aésthic Pharma does not cover or reimburse any customs-related costs. Buyers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for delayed or rejected shipments due to customs issues.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition and packaging
Exchange process:
- The customer must return the affected item
- Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
Refund process:
- Upon approval of the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
- Actual refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
All parcels are checked and photographed before dispatch. Tracking details and condition photos will be provided to the customer. Aésthic Pharma is not responsible for any damage caused during courier transit.
Returns or exchanges for any other reasons are not accepted.
